Extremely Poor Customer Service

After purchasing a U-part wig from RoseRoyal hair on the 14th September 2024 I'm yet to receive my wig. Apparently delivery was attempted with absolutely no communication whatsoever. I've sent many emails of which I was advised that delivery will be attempted again. Uptil now absolutely nothing. Unacceptable to the say the very least. To think I entrusted this business with my hard earned money. Never again. Such a shame. Your poor customer service will cost you many clients in the future.

Impressive!

So satisfied with my first uPart Wig. It’s only been 2 days but so far impressive. No need to dye it as it matches my own hair (it’s darker brown) and it’s still as soft as ever. I can style it anything I want. I want to wear it in its natural state because it was so pretty that way. I highly recommend it! I'll be purchasing more and recommending it to my friends ❤️

Will you Natural Look!

I was very lucky it matches my hair color (dark brown) which is almost the same as my natural hair. The clips are strong and don’t come out even after I tested them by vigorously shaking my head. I super love the blending, so worth the price. It looks great, and it feels just like my own hair.
