No, Rose Royal Hair does not offer refunds. All Sales are Final. When placing an order, make sure you choose the correct lengths, texture and/or color.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

No, Rose Royal Hair does not offer exchanges. If, you received the wrong item contact customer care ASAP. Please Be sure to order the correct extensions before checking out on our site.

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR LUXURY COLLECTION & CHIC COLLECTION

The luxury collection is our virgin hair thats last  4 years . Our Chic Collection is our virgin hair that last up to 1 year.

ARE YOUR EXTENSIONS 100% VIRGIN?

Yes, we offer 100% virgin hair. It is comprised of the highest quality and has  no shedding.

HOW MANY BUNDLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STYLING?

The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look your trying to achieve. For a full look, 3 bundles is usually required for hair up to 18 inches. Lengths over 20 inches we recommend  3-5 bundles or more bundles for more fuller look.

HOW LONG DOES ROSE ROYAL HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?

Rose Royal Hair can last long depending on the way you treat the hair.Luxury Collection Up to 4years . Blonde Collection up to 4 Year.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?

After order is placed we do not make changes. If you notice an error made with your address contact us Immediately! If your order has already been processed, we won't be able to change it.
